Annie Murphy

Anne Frances Murphy aka Annie Murphy was born on December 19th, 1986. Her country of origin is Canada and she has worked in Hollywood's film industry on a range of projects. She is mainly known for portraying the role of Alexis Rose in the CBC comedy series Schitt's Valley that which began in the year 2015 and ended in the year 2020. Her character was praised by critics for the role she played and presented her with the Primetime Emmy Award. She was born Ottawa Ontario Canada. Both of her parents were teachers. They enrolled her at Elmwood School in Ottawa where she performed in stage productions. When she graduated from Concordia University with a theatre degree, she enrolled in the Canadian Film Centre's Actor's Conservatory. Then she attended lessons at the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory and was able to learn about the art of acting. When she moved to Los Angeles, she began professional acting at the age of 22. Annie Murphy began her career in 2007 with the television action thriller Lethal Obsession. Following that, she acted in numerous films as an extra or in small role. A few of them have been viewed as very popular, like Story of Jen, which was published in 2008 Lick The book was published in 2010as A Windigo Tale and other hits released that very year.
