Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Similar to her peers Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of contemporary mainstream pop as well as the artful independent music. Polydor Records offered her a deal with a major label. She started to plan for her debut.
